TOTAL Plus Airfare Airfare can vary. You can try to find your own plane ticket and can fly from New York to wither 1) Venice, Italy,2) Vienna, Austria, 3) Zagreb, Croatia or 4) Ljubljana, Slovenia. From there I can arrange for you a shuttle to our home base in Slovenia. Currently the plane tickets for these destinations range from $1,000 to $1,500. |

Financial Aid and Scholarship
For FLSA programs, aid consists of any remaining federal loan eligibility that was not or will not be used during the fall/spring semesters. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits. Student can apply for alternative student loans with a parent or co-signor. For alternative loans, students can be enrolled in 3 credits.
The LIU Travel Grant program provides aid to undergraduate students with demonstrated financial need who wish to attend courses that takes place outside the United States during the Winter and/or Summer terms. In order to be eligible for this award, students must be in good financial standing, file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid at fafsa.gov, and be qualified to receive a Federal Pell Grant. Visiting and graduate students are not eligible for this award. Download information about the LIU Travel Grant program.

There are no other grant or scholarships available through the Financial Aid Office for FLSA programs.

Travel Arrangements to and from Slovenia
You are allowed to arrange on your own the travel to and from Slovenia. For example, you may wish to go to Europe before the course starts and join us in Slovenia once the course starts. You may also wish to stay in Europe after the course ends.

Auditing this Course
The Audit option will be available only to participants that are currently not undergraduate students, for example LIU alumni and graduate students.
If you audit this course, your LIU Tuition will be $1,515 + LIU Travel Fee of $1,500 + Airfare with a total of $3,015 + Airfare.
